The Alexandra wowed me with some epic beef dishes I discovered nearby, especially the mouthwatering options at La Palette and The Dime. On top of that, the staff, especially Kunel, Steve, and Sara, were helpful, and the location was super convenient for getting around town.

The staff were competent and offered guidance. Our accommodation was set in a very central location close enough to the fashion district which has a lot of bars, Kensington gardens, and a green area adjoining Alexandra park where many people relaxed. Chinatown district was definitely worth visiting.

Location and access to public transport
The Hotel is very old and Air Con is not designed to support new age of the lifestyle. Air Con got to be replace with modern units!

The hotel staff were helpful .
I felt uncomfortable amidst the many disheveled individuals I saw around the hotel. Given the constant presence of 'weird characters' wandering around, I did not feel safe to leave my vehicle in the parking lot, which compelled me to seek alternative parking options elsewhere.

Toronto vibes 🌆
The service here was so lekker! The lady at the desk really helped me figure out how to get around downtown and even let me keep my car parked after check-out. Room was basic but it was clean, no stress there!

The hotel was conveniently located near the Rogers Centre where we had tickets for a Blue Jays game. The hotel was also reasonably priced. We appreciated the location near a park which offered some tranquility in the big city. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money the hotel offered. It was nice to have a fridge and stove. You might want to advertise this feature in your e-mail account as I could find no reference to these facilities when making an on-line application.
Just a comment. We noticed that we could open the front door without using the key by just pushing it a bit. We pushed it by accident once. You might want to secure the front door.

I was in town for a short visit and found the experience quite satisfying. The room had a nice kitchenette which made it handy for preparing light meals, and I was pleased to see that it was clean and well-maintained. It’s great that there’s a Loblaws nearby for groceries. I enjoyed a casual stroll to Queen St West, where I discovered various restaurants and shops. Even though the air conditioning was a bit noisy, the overall value was decent given the location's proximity to attractions like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre.

Everything was simply very good. The stay here was really comfortable, liked the hotel, it was clean with particularly good location not far from downtown and many cool stores and venues and a residential area and the Alexandra while in town for a conference.
